Hemp & Sweet Potato Hummus
OK. If you are not a big fan of chickpeas like me, you will love this one. Seriously tasty and very filling, it goes great with chips, sliced cucumber, or even as a sandwich spread!
- 1 cooked yam (skin on or off)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2-3 tbsp hemp seed oil
- 1/4 parsley (if desired)
- Dash of turmeric
- salt and pepper to taste
Pulse until blended to desired consistency.
