Hemp & Sweet Potato Hummus
OK. If you are not a big fan of chickpeas like me, you will love this one. Seriously tasty and very filling, it goes great with chips, sliced cucumber, or even as a sandwich spread!
Ingredients
- 1 cooked yam skin on or off
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp
hemp seeds - 2-3 tbsp
hemp seed oil - 1/4 parsley if desired
- Dash of turmeric
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pulse until blended to desired consistency.
