My passion and purpose in life is to continue to awaken and assist others on their own awakening journey.

With more than 20 years of experience in the Holistic Health & Wellness world as a coach, educator and author, I have gathered many tools, much wisdom and gracious guidance to share with others who are ready to heal at a deeper level and embrace their own awakening journey.
My work brings together holistic health and wellness, yoga and meditation, Ayurveda, Qi Gong, inner child healing, Bach Flower Remedies, sacred cacao, conscious business coaching and the teachings I share through my books and programs.
